Sometimes the receptionists are a bit abrupt in their manner but I can imagine it's because they are rushed off their feet. I hope they get more help so that they can attend everyone in a timely manner. They are very helpful when it comes to advice, they suggested I see a nurse for my condition instead of a GP, which meant being seen sooner. I love the online appointment system and the kiosks which register your arrival at the surgery.
