My injury was dealt with by the, minor Injuries Service at the Windrush Medical Practise. They were very polite and very efficient in their process. There were patients who refused to wear masks and one patient who bullied his way to the front. He was dealt with quickly though he had no injury, but a rash. The nurses and doctors who dealt with me were thorough and showed concern for my injury and taking no chances, I was ex-rayed. I was not treated by being in first and there were others who came in after myself with serious issues far greater than mine and were dealt with as priority as it should be. This was a service that used their experience to get the job done in the right way. I salute their professionalism in difficult times.

Suggested improvements
It is not the NHS that should do more. There should be available funds to deal with these practices that are at the front line. It was quite clear that the practise was running out of a building that has not been upgraded in years and on top of this, there is going to be the added pressure of paying for higher energy prices that no doubt will be coming out of the NHS own budget.
