Reception staff dealt with me straight away and I only had a very short wait to see Dr Watson. I phoned the surgery at 8:30am and got an emergency appointment for 10:30am the same day.
My only negative comment is that it took several attempts to get through on the phone, in fact I was about to give up and drive down to the surgery when I finally got through to the switchboard.
All in all, very good experience.
