This surgery is under enormous pressure with a huge influx of new patients recently. This has lowered the standard by making it impossible to get an appointment with the doctor at a couple of days notice. The receptionists as well as the doctors are overloaded and it has destroyed an excellent practice. I don't know whose idea the increase of patients was, but it has backfired . What a pity that what has been an exlemplary service has not been rewarded, just became a dumping ground.

I am sorry you feel you do not receive the access you want. It is useful to gain your feedback of needing to wait more than 2 days notice for an appointment to see a GP. I will review this feedback and analyse when this occurred. The first week of January is always extremely busy for all primary care in the NHS with both patients seeking support and the flu season peaking causing additional pressures.
