The majority of the doctors at Chapel Lane are extremely caring, attentive and helpful and really take their time. Some of the receptionists are lovely and cannot do enough for you but others are very curt and short and could do with some customer service refresher training. Some are far too nosey and can sometimes be heard talking about other patients which is a breach of patient confidentiality. I so however think that the surgery is extremely well run overall and has fairly good waiting times.

If you are able to identify the team members to enable structured and specific feedback for individuals it would be very useful.
