Get a landline-rated number reinstalled. It costs too much to call the surgery. That could be impacting your no-show statistics. I had registered for online booking but was not informed when it changed and now I have to take ID down to re-register. Too convoluted....

A landline local telephone number is on the way for 1st April 2015. I understand your frustration with the Online booking for your access to repeat prescriptions or online booking. I am sorry it has not been straight forward. If any personal data has changed for you this can sometimes cause errors, sometimes we have found administration errors have caused problems too.
