The electronic sign in system used to say how long the wait was for the doctor on arrival. It didn't work however. The new system now no longer shows this info at all. A shortfall in my opinion. Had it shown that I would have to wait 1hour(!) to go in for my appointment I at least could have made good use of the time and walked into town and done shopping.
An even better improvement would be a text alert to say just exactly how late my doctor is running with their appointments before me so I can plan around it.
