The Reception and Medical Staff are all great and I have absolutely no issues there, but since Covid-19 it has become extremely difficult to get an appointment and if you call you have to listen to a 3 1/2 minute message to find out what you are supposed to do before being sent to a website for triage. Everything used to be very simple and you could speak to a real person if you were unsure or book routine appointments via an app. This definitely adds to the general level of anxiety for people right now when it is made very difficult to seek help with something non Covid related. (And seemingly even more difficult if you do actually want help with something Covid related from what I can tell from the phone message and the website!) Everyone I speak to who also goes here is a combination of confused, annoyed, and anxious because of the current system. I know it's not been easy for the people who work here either but there must be a better way.
