My name never appeared on the screen when it was my turn to see the doctor. And staff were not brilliant at pronouncing it properly. I’ve asked several times to make my name appear on the screen so I knew it was me. It happened 3 times that my name was called, so they say, and I didn’t either recognise it as mine or didn’t hear at all, so staff thought I left. Patients names on the screen for everybody would help.
