I received a text advising to attend the surgery at a particular time. When I arrived I was told it would actually be a telephone assessment.
I waited for half an hour in the car but didn't receive a call. I eventually received a call 45 minutes later but I missed the call in the car on the way home.
The message said I would receive a call in the afternoon but it wasn't received.
