The reception staff are always very willing and able to help when I need a quick appointment for one of my two children. I really like how hard they work to find me a time. Also I want to say a big thanks to Dr Green who I know is on maternity leave at the moment for her kindness and flexibility when dealing with our family and our various ailments.
If there was one thing I think the surgery could do better it would be to allow patients that live towards the South of Manchester, access to services there as it's closer and more convenient for us. I think some flexibility in where patients are sent should be considered.

All patients usually have the choice via a system called choose and book where they may attend to obtain secondary services (hospital or other referral care).
