The surgery owned by Dr Okosieme, who is a very sweet, warm, smiley, very caring individual on my interactions with her, who’s attended several house visits within the hour due to emergencies with my Nan. I can't praise or thank her enough. I think she does an outstanding job. I see Emily, MH Nurse who’s recommended & helped. Dr Jones who's currently off is great, in her place is Dr Bhatt who is just as amazing, I hope she remains indefinitely. There is Dr Jones lovely lady, Dean the nurse. They're all just great here. As for the the receptionists in there, some of them in there are seriously barking. But they're all great as make my day when visiting. I've found they're more than happy to go above and beyond in their roles, in my experience. I've never had any issues with appointments, call back requests, emergency appointments. Getting through at 8 when 101 are trying too. I have to praise the outstanding Faye as I find she is just Phenomenal, I shouldn’t have a favourites. The rest of team are nearing as amazing ;) Andrea, Kate, Hayley, Tina who all have to deal with me weekly, sometimes daily, which I can assure you, isn’t easy at times. I’ve ranted & raved at them all lol. But the are a GREAT team.

the phone lines open at 8.00am but if you persist to get through, youre sure to be spoken too past 8.45am this seems to be because the receptionist likes to take personal calls the whole time shes there.... the doctors themselves are great! i really rate them but thats only on the odd occasion that you get to see them

Fantastic Drs, unhelpful reception staff. Very difficult to get through on the phone first thing. Best to go there in person if you need an appointment for that day.

One of the receptionists is polite and helpful but one of them is rude and very abrupt with patients. The only way to get an appointment is to phone in the morning and they're usually all gone by 9 am otherwise it's a 3 week wait. Every appointment I've had has been at least an hour late even though the receptionist will always say they are running about 20 minutes behind. The worst thing about this surgery is there are no permanent doctors so it's always a different doctor you get to see but in saying that all the different doctors I have seen have always given exceptional care. To improve this surgery the appointment system should be changed, in the morning one receptionist should deal with phone calls and another deal with the the public footfall and most of all send the receptionists on a customer care course.
