I have calling the practice several times to sort out my 94 year old mums COVID vaccination. Mum is housebound. Date is now 09/02/21 and no joy. All you get is fobbed off! A nurse called to see mum last week ref a arm injury. The nurse was there to take a blood sample. You would think she could have administered the vaccination, but no! There just isn’t any joined up thinking! Told today that they are ‘setting’ something up for the housebound. You would think this would have been mid January at the start of the vaccination process! Very poor service from this Medical Practice. I would be very embarrassed by all the negative reviews if I were associated in anyway with this practice.

Listen to your patients. At this time of a national pandemic you should stepping up and go beyond what would be expected from you.

Condescending staff, who pass the buck, give false names, practice manager does not return calls. Not aware of different backgrounds and cultures. Do their best to avoid you coming in. I don't know how this is allowed to go on.
