The recent national survey results are a testament to this. In the Bath and North East Somerset area, on average, 94% of patients feel the service they receive from their local surgery is "good" which is well above the national average of 85%. It is by virtue of the hard-work of surgeries, like your own, that Bath boasts among the best customer survey results in the country. Everyone in Bath is very grateful for the care that Widcombe Surgery provides and it brings great reassurance to know that we benefit from some of the best surgery staff in the country. Everyone at Widcombe Surgery should be very proud of the results achieved, which rank your surgery, not only amongst the best in the area, but across the country too. It is particularly impressive that 84% feel that their GP listens to them at your surgery which is a staple of the service that you provide. I am sure that you will continue to provide unparalleled levels of customer care.
