Since the merge the surgery has lost its personal, family and most important care element of the practice. Most of the staff from before the merge have left and it's made the place and some of its patients feel abandoned. I was registered there from birth (30 years) but after recent visits I decided to register at another local surgery due to one of the previous Dr's now practicing there. The surgery needs managing better and some of its staff a training course of people skills
