There is an underlining issue of administration failure. Together with extreme difficulty in obtaining any form of consultation.
Suggested improvements
Improve admin, Improve communication, not be so dependent on patient computer literacy. Ensure sufficent staff are in place to alleviate unnecessary pressure put on
A & E due to lack of both medical and admin staff.
