I’m a housebound patient, so can’t say if the surgery is clean or not. Receptionist always helpful and my doctor is brilliant, very patient and understanding. Me and my family move a lot and in the past 5 years I’ve had 6 GP surgery’s. This one is by far the best. Always feel in control of my care and given all the options to make an informed choice.
Suggested improvements
The only thing I can say is that some of the staff are a bit confused when I say I’m housebound, but I do understand this as I’m young
