I saw the NHS at its best with a recent experience at WMP. In the space of one hour I ‘phoned the practice and spoke to a pleasant receptionist. I was called by Dr Gemma Muirhead and after a chat asked to go into the surgery. I was examined and prescribed medication. The prescription was sent to the pharmacy next door, I collected it and was on my way home. Throughout I was treated with politeness, friendliness and professionalism. We’ll done WMP - five stars!
