5/8/15 1.) Appt. - nurse Lynne Excellent nurse very caring; makes one feel better when first walking into her room and faces her cheerful face, always smiling. 2.) May I also comment on the G.P. who kindly telephoned me at 7 o/c pm last evening, he must surely have been longing to go home, but he took his time to patiently explain and answered any questions I had. At no time did I feel he was "in a rush". Thank you all for continuing v. good service.

Had very poor service recently while trying to get an Asthma review. The appointment was over one month in the future. This appointment was then cancelled just a few days before I was due to go. I now can't get another appointment for another month. It is very difficult to get an appointment after work, and was asked if I could take some time off work to get to the surgery. I think this is unreasonable.

The level of service has taken a rapid decline. Prescriptions are often wrong. My husband was prescribed penicila when they were aware that he is allergic to it.
