I am not happy that when I arrived at the surgery I had to wait over 45 mins to actually to be seen. This is poor as my appointment was only a two minute appointment, not a happy patient.

Whitefield's - very polite and friendly with excellent standard of care. AAA team were very good. Delapre - process of being seen by a doctor very confusing and had appointment but not clear how to inform night staff. I had arrived so waited longer than receiving before seeing him.
