Receptionist rude Refused to provide adequate or even basic care, literally refused, stating 'we are busy' Practice manage hostile and intimidating Doctors can be hit and miss, some OK, some are a little dismissive and patronising Very poor system during pandemic for reception, receptionists are rude at the best of time but now patients are expected to queue outside the receptionists have a god complex leaving patients waiting for long periods of time with no clear way of addressing simple issues that may not even require entering reception No care or concern for patients

Some basic customer service from reception Some level of understanding of current stress ppl are under Better system for accessing reception, easier system to drop off items such as samples forms etc Buzzer outside either not working or staff just plain and simple don't want to acknowledge that you are there and buzzer is the only way to access the reception area More face to face appointments and less reliance on phone consultations
