Rang in afternoon for appointment, was told to ring back at 8 am next day. Myself and my partner stayed on phone for 45 mins waiting for answer. It's this kind of service that makes patients go to A and E instead receptionist rude and unhelpful. I ended up driving to surgery while still on hold to make appointment. Doctor could have rang day before to sort out app.
