I visited the surgery only to be told to ring at 12.00 which I did. I was second in the queue the recording said but at 12.02 a receptionist said no telephone appointments were left. Returning to the premises a receptionist on the desk couldn't explain what had happened but did say that sometimes the doctors and/or health workers write in the names of their personal patients so the system doesn't work. Highly unprofessional of the staff to do this as well as the receptionist to tell me about it. Not recommended!
