The surgery is a joke. You can never get an appointment when you need one. You wait for a long time to be spoken to either by phone or in the surgery to a Receptionist and when you do they are rude. It disappoints me that myself amongst many others pay plenty in taxes and national health insurance to be treat like this. If I behaved like the receptionists in my job I would be sacked! Something needs sorting about the service from his practice. I never hear anything positive about the place!
