My heartfelt thanks go out to Mrs.Dunwell who conducted my health check today. Surgeries and hospitals exist well outside my comfort zone, coupled needle phobia, I have not been looking forward to today. Thanks to Mrs.Dunwell's charming and professional manner, I was put at ease, gave blood without fainting and left well informed and wiser.Truly a red letter day for the N.H.S. Thank you once again.
