It's almost impossible to get appointment, you have to call at 8am and after listening very long automatic message you have to wait in the queue, f.e. you are 23 in the queue after 30 min of waiting there is not appointment left. Absolutely agree with another opinion:
"Shocking surgery should be closed down and receptionist thing they are doctors or even god, rude and not trust worthy NHS should take action before it cost life's.
Start treating patients with respect, 3 or 4 weeks to see a doctor or dial 999 we are all under pressure if you can't hand it move on and let someone who can wait 2 weeks to get a phone appointment with doctors it's a back door to going private health.
Suggested improvements
Change all reception staff, and stop this useless stupid same-day 8am appointment booking system. Doesn't work it's not possible to see a doctor when you need it 3 or 4 days after could be too late.
