It took me over 40 minutes to get through on the phone to the Receptionist to make the appointment. When she eventually answered she was quite rude to me. I needed to book a flu jab and a smear test, both of which the Practice Nurse is able to do. The Receptionist told me I had to make two separate appointments. Eventually she allowed me to make an appointment for both with Dr Coe who was, as always, absolutely lovely and very helpful.
