An appointment can usually be arranged within a week for a particular doctor , sometimes less . Reception is busy but the ladies are very helpful and the automated appointment system works well although it did lose my records at one point and I had to re-input my data .
Appointments are invariably on time and the doctor never makes one fell rushed .
