16th April. Telephoned on Thursday 13th to advise Dr Coe my mother 94 25/9/22 had fallen downstairs the previous day. Heavy nose bleed two black eyes and possible cracked broken ribs. Painful to breathe and move. I expected a home visit. NOTHING. NO RESPONSE. Why? Did not even telephone. You have my mobile as well. FPM daughter.
