I phoned 3 times today to order medicine and every time I’ve got to 1st In the que I got the phone put down on me and I phone again and the receptionist refused to let me order more medicine I needed and cAme up with every excuse why she didn’t want to help me

Dear patient. I am so sorry you had trouble with our telephone system. Unfortunately my receptionist was not trying to be unhelpful but we are unable to take orders for repeat prescriptions over the telephone due to the danger of mis-prescribing and the need for an audit trail of all medication requests. For the future we have an online repeat prescribing system or you can bring/send your request in writing.
