I want to pas feedback about the lovely Dr Arain. I bought my daughter along to see him as I knew she had an ear infection. He had a friendly, welcoming manner despite it being the end of the day. He spoke to my daughter, who is nearly 9 rather than talking over her to me. It's great to give some positive feedback as all too often we hear such negative reports about the NHS.
