Unfortunately my experience with this practice is not a positive one. Firstly they lost the paperwork from my registration and so I had to re-do it. I almost never go to the doctor (only once since I've been living in this area). The receptionists are nothing short of rude and dismissive. The telephone is almost never answered and so it's almost impossible to get an appointment other than by going there in person. The one appointment I have had with the GP was fine, very short, but I received what was needed. A routine appointment with the nurse was also quite ok. If you have a choice I would consider going elsewhere, go and meet the reception staff and choose wisely. Noone needs additional stress from reception staff where health difficulties are concerned.

We are endeavouring to address the issues with getting through on the telephone by offering patients on-line access to booking appointments, both routine and on the day appointments.
