Hi,I rang to ask for a Doctors note for work and the receptionist asked me what reason the note would be for.
I don't like explaining to the receptionist what problems I have for them to talk about me when I've come off the phone.
Are these people medical trained???
Should these people be asking these questions??
It is very embarrassing to talk to someone who might be your next door neighbour
