Repeated failure to provide vital Epilepsy Medication. Left for two weeks with no Epilepsy Medication in June. Promised by a partner GP that Epilepsy Medication and other medication would be ready yesterday (already a day late) by the end of the day. Repeatedly called throughout the day and was told it had been sent to Lloyds. Lloyd’s had not received it. This morning I was told by Westlands “The Dr said there was a rush on and that’s why it wasn’t done, you’ll get it by the end of the day!” Again I am only been issued with only part of my prescription. Dangerous practice!
