Clinical care is excellent Follow up care is excellent Nurse led care is excellent GPs practice holistically - you are not just a condition, they look at the whole person that you are and consider the impact of recommended care on your life and those around you Receptionists are friendly, courteous and welcoming Staff are genuinely interested and want to get it right for you If something goes wrong, e.g. unavailability of results, staff go out of their way to solve the problem
