I went to reception and the woman ignored me so I had to use the check in screen but last time it didn’t work so I don’t trust it as had to sit and wait for45 mins only to be told your not booked in by the very rude receptionist (different one ) why are they so rude ?

I am supposed to have B12 injection every 3 months when I called to say why havnt I had one for 9 months I was told I had missed two appointments but that was after a day waiting for a call back I never received an appointment so guess they doctored the list so they don’t look bad .they also lost 2 urine samples and it has caused me problems
