Pleasant helpful Reception staff. Appointments are available if not the same day then in 24 hours. Nurses are professional, caring, explain to the patient the proceedure they will be carrying out & answer any queries. Doctors are professional, helpful and give time to their patient

Except for one unhappy occasion I have been extremely happy with the service of the practice and very happy having Dr Meakin as my GP.Cannot think of any improvements! Sorry!

It would be difficult to improve the service provided by my surgery. I can always get an appointment when I need one and I've never waited more than a few minutes every time I need to see the doctor. Repeat prescriptions are even easier to get now that I can request online. Nope.....no complaints or improvement suggestions here. I'm happy. They're all ready to help whenever they're needed. :)

Great surgery with, unusually, helpful and happy receptionists. This must be about my 12 surgery over the years and none have been as good as this one. What makes it stand out for me is the reception staff. They beat all the others hands down. Getting a same day appointment can be touch and go even if you do ring on the dot of 8.00!!
