It was easy to get a follow up appointment with Robina a few weeks in advance. I didn’t need an urgent appointment so that was perfect. The appointment was at a convenient time for me. It has been great seeing the women’s health practitioner.

Suggested improvements
I would like masks to be worn by all patients coming into the surgery. I was glad to see hand gel was still available.

Since early Sept. the deep wound to my leg has been dressed regularly every week, sometimes twice a week mostly by Holly, but initially by Natalie. Both nurses gave me really considerate & compassionate treatment throughout some 4 months. They were very professional in their care, always gave me encouragement & truthful answers to my questions & sought further advice if necessary. They were always fully prepared for my numerous visits, often giving consideration to what might be required in the future. I could not , I feel sure, have received better treatment & care than I received from Holly & Natalie. Perhaps you could put on record my sincere thanks for the treatment I received from the two nurses mentioned, also from Doctors Jha & Speller. The Receptionists too were always polite helpful & understanding. My husband, who sometimes accompanied me in the treatment rooms fully endorses these comments. Thank you very much.

Trying to get through on the telephone is a nightmare. If the surgery know this is a problem can you get more people to man the phone's as you don't have to deal with face to face because you can't get a appointment anyway. Bring back the old system.

If the surgery knows this is a problem can you get more people to man the phone this will bring the call waiting times down. As you don't have to deal with face to face because you can't get an appointment anyway. Bring back the old system as it was, i know you will say about covid but unless all your team are hiding away they have the same chance of catching it as i do. I did bring this up with the receptionist and i can have a face to face appointment if i call up at 8am in the morning, have you even tried to get an appointment at 8am it's impossible.

Takes a long time for surgery to answer calls....depending on receptionist for helpfulness...when trying to get an appt seeing a nurse is brilliant ...individual specialised nurses for blood...COPD...ect.,excellent service feel that they listen to you and make you feel at ease. Drs appt still only getting telephone calls very difficult getting face to face appts with our Dr Walton..we generally phone on Wednesday his day off as we get face to face appt for husband ...saying that he is excellent re!prescriptions put through to chemist to collect on same day...and requesting blood test f necessary and requesting MRI and chest X rays if necessary...no delays there. .I can't remember the last time my husband saw him face to face

Improve telephone situation when ringing in and improve face to face appts ...really important to talk to Dr face to face if examination required

New to this practice. Called in to get an update of recent tests. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. She provided a telephone appt at a time of my choosing. Dr Walton phoned at the appointed time and explained everything to me. A great first experience of this practice and everyone involved. Pleased that we were given the opportunity to move to this practice.
