Share review of Western Elms Surgery

I have been a patient at the surgery for over 30 years and have always recieved excellent care, in past times it was sometimes quite difficult to get an appointment, everything seemed to be a three week wait but I always got an app if I needed. However I have noticed a definite improvement over recent months, quicker more flexible appointments and although I have have generaly found the reception staff to be very friendly and helpful they now seem more willing to go that extra mile. I might add, it's pretty unlike me to write a review.... but WELL DONE Western Elms.
