I have been treated appallingly. First time I've complained but huge mistakes go back years. Given wrong medications that weren't even what it was supposed to be. Ended up rushed to hospital and kept in fir a month. Told that Dr had almost ended my life. Yet he was going about saying to other Dr in surgery he'd saved my life. No he almost ended it but I was then diagnosed with the worst case of Hashimoto's disease they'd ever seen. Told by my team working with me that with all the many visits to Dr Reith he should of known to test for this or for anything looking in to it. Many mistake by almost everyone that's dealt with me there. 3 days ago I was told I had infection in leg and needed penicillin and now its Saturday morning. Just been to pharmacy that I was told it would be there. That and compression stocking, yet the prescription had not been done due to Dr not signing it. The surgery is closed so earliest be Monday. The treatment of individuals nowadays is terrible. The nurses are great though. Gone above and beyond but even just over a week ago nurse was taking off and putting on new dressing to 3 leg ulcers and when she saw it she said it was badly inflamed and went to get a doctor. Came back saying Dr was on phone. Fair enough but not even asked to wait til he's finished as I said I'd wait. No though, took 2 days to phone me yet even then it cannot be seen for assessment. Eventually I managed to get an appointment but 3 days later. Had 3 courses of antibiotics within even a dr seeing it. Now this again. Very unprofessional and let's hope this infection doesn't turn into something worse. Will be leaving this surgery. Over 20 years and many recorded mistakes. Sad, we put our trust in these unprofessional professionals

Suggested improvements
Start seeing your patients face to face. Phone calls for minor things may be ok but you have to know your patients and then when you see them you can tell they are not so good. Asking me on the phone what medication I want is against the ethics. We need you the front line. Treat everyone well. Stop passing the buck on to others.
