Dr Iqbal is an asset to the surgery as for the receptionist they do a telephone diagnostics to determine how much more they can put the patient in pain for (they seem to know better because they diagnose and all of a suddon seem qualified to say no its not an emergency) , as they are never helpfull, never call back save cost on calling back never give appointments as soon as required
