My mother has had a recent sudden decline in her health and I have found myself having to contact her G.P surgery on quite few occasions. I have been in regular contact with one specific doctor - Dr Kapoor, what an excellent doctor, she is patient, understanding, kind and compassionate, nothing was too much trouble and kept in contact with me when she stated she would. It has been a very worrying time for me and my sister but it is very reassuring to have a doctor who is so calm and professional. True asset to the surgery.
