As a practice we take feedback on our service very seriously as an opportunity to identify how we might improve our service. We would like to assure you that we always aim to provide a high standard of service to our patients. We have a Patient Participation Group who work with the practice to develop and improve our services where appropriate. Our PPG welcome new members and we would encourage our patients to play an active role in the future development of their practice.
