My mother is 100 and lives on her own and you sent her a letter re a urine sample to be returned to the surgery. She was very upset and unable to do the sample. I had to leave my appointment to help her. Would it not be possible to send a district nurse help aged people. I feel her treatment by the surgery is lacking for someone of her age trying to live an independent life. She is still waiting for an ear syringe which was requested in March. Twice she has put the drops in but no follow up.
