It is time things got back to normality, it is almost impossible to get through to get an appointment and then there is a triage telephone call and then a possible face to face. I understand all about the issues with the pandemic but it is time to normalise the GP service more that at present.

Get back to normality and stop hiding behind the pandemic, which has tured the clinic from an excellent service into a very poor one
