Well first of all may I point out that Warrior Square doctors surgery is NOT at Falaise, it is at WARRIOR SQUARE and has been since the surgery moved back there in March 2018! 179 tries to get through on the telephone from 8.30am-9.10am to be told that there were not appointments left! I kept calm but told them I had been trying to get an appointment every working day for a month and I was now at my wits end. Finally an appointment was given but I was advised that the doctor was running a 'little' behind with her appointments so there may be a 'little' wait. I was fine with that and off I went to my appointment, arriving ten minuets to be safe. Well! How does a 2 hour and 15 minuet wait for an 'overun' appointment fall into the class of running a little late I seriously do not know! With no food and no drink, and no water machine at hand for those waiting to sip at I was becoming dehydrated and my head was pounding. Not once did the receptionist think to inform us of why things were so late. Finally 1pm cam and went, at 1pm the surgery closes for lunch and yes you guessed it.... Myself and one other patient were locked it and STILL WAITING TO SEE A DOCTOR! Finally my daughter rang me out of concern, I mentioned being to thirsty to which a receptionist overheard me and offered a half cup of water. I finally left the surgery at a little before 2pm! Feeling worse than I did when I went in and now I know why I only ever go to the doctors as a last resort once every five years if that. T
