The appointment system is useless and wast of time. It does not give you all time's availability. Only a few times.
The appointments should like dairy: you give 10 minutes per person but the dairy does not look like this. you go on site and have a look. It's frustrating to book an appointment of your choice. It took me 4weeks to get a appointment.
