Two of the Receptionists the curly blonde haired one in particular are really rude, sighing, impatient, abrupt. The other one told me I had to pay for a letter when on sickness benefit , not true. The youngest one however is really lovely. An asset. Kind, sweet when i was upset. The Drs especially the locums are really lovely too.
