Brilliant care from Lyne (nurse) caring, helps take coat off and on remembers me, interested in me gives enough time and talks to me. Doctor Murray was very caring.

I feel reassured knowing that I will be seen by Karen - she is polite, professional to talk to about any concerns.
Appt re a smear, was informed of time frame of results and who to contact (Karen) if I have any queries. Was also reminded of breast check.
