I feel reassured knowing that I will be seen by Karen - she is polite, professional to talk to about any concerns.
Appt re a smear, was informed of time frame of results and who to contact (Karen) if I have any queries. Was also reminded of breast check.

My appointment went really good.
Such a caring, wise and supportive woman. Just what I need to feel calm and confident during the procedure.
